Great Father, you who knows all things and is all things

help me to know my heart this day.

as i try to run across the watersof my mindi sink into the depths where ifeeli’m drowning.

but it is only the cold water of fear that resides within and shakes my world.

help me as i look at deeper issues and fears that live there. these are the gifts in this lifetime that i open today with your strength and your guidance.

my body washes up on an shore battered with bruises and cut from the sharp rocks of the injustice i think i am suffering.

but here is quiet and stillness as i hear your voice on the wind and i let myself heal and be still.

here just for today at this time, i stand still and listen to the guidance that is within.
